Yes. We help with Windows PCs, Macs and MacBooks, and Linux computers too.
Should I book a home visit or remote help?+
If the computer turns on and connects to the internet, many problems can be fixed remotely, which is often sooner. If it won't start, has a hardware fault, or you'd rather someone sat with you, book a home visit.
Is my computer worth repairing?+
Often, yes. If a repair would cost more than the computer is worth, we'll tell you plainly and help you choose and set up a replacement.
Will I lose my files?+
We check what matters to you before we change anything, and we'll tell you about any risk to your files before we go ahead.
