What's the difference between backup and cloud storage?+
Cloud storage keeps your files in sync across devices, so a deleted file can disappear everywhere. A backup is a separate copy you can go back to. Most homes need both.
Can you get files back from a broken drive?+
Often, yes. We recover from hard drives, SSDs, USB sticks and memory cards, in-house or through a recovery partner, and confirm the cost before recovery starts.
Do you recover data from phones?+
No. We recover from computer drives, USB sticks and memory cards.
Can you supply a backup drive or storage box?+
Yes. We recommend what suits you, confirm the price before ordering, and set it up.
