If money or card details are involved, call your bank straight away. Then turn off the computer's internet connection and call us. We'll check the computer and secure your accounts.
Will you ever call me out of the blue?+
No. We never phone asking to connect to your computer. If someone does, hang up.
Do you supply antivirus?+
Yes. We recommend protection that suits your devices, confirm the price before ordering, and set it up. Or we'll set up a subscription you already have.
Can you make my computer completely safe?+
No one can promise that. We remove what's there, close the common gaps, and show you what to watch for, which makes a real difference.
