Can you supply a new router or mesh Wi-Fi system?+
Yes. We recommend equipment that suits your home and how you use it, confirm the price before ordering, and set it up. Or we'll set up equipment you've bought yourself.
Do you sell internet plans?+
No. We don't sell internet. We set up and fix the equipment in your home, and help you work out whether a problem is in your home or with your provider.
Can you run network cables to other rooms?+
Yes, through a registered cabling contractor. We plan where the cables go and set up the network once they're in.
Is it my Wi-Fi or my internet that's the problem?+
Often it's hard to tell. We test both, so you know whether the fix is in your home or with your provider.
