Who do I pay for the subscription?+
Microsoft, directly, with your own account. We charge only for our technician time.
What's the difference between Family and Personal?+
Personal is for one person. Family can be shared with up to six people in your household, each with their own account and storage.
Can I use it on my Mac and phone too?+
Yes. Microsoft 365 works on Windows, Mac, iPhone, iPad and Android.
How is this charged?+
