We set up OneDrive, iCloud or Google Drive so your files and photos are on your computer, phone and tablet, and in sync. We sort out "storage full" warnings, tidy up duplicates, and show you how to find and share things, without losing anything along the way.

Common problems

What's happening?

  • Your phone or iCloud keeps saying storage is full
  • Photos are on your phone but not your computer
  • Files aren't syncing, or show errors or red crosses
  • You're paying for more than one cloud service
  • Family members want to share photos and files
  • You're not sure what's in the cloud and what's only on your computer

Want a separate backup as well as sync? See Backup setup.

How we fix it

How we set up cloud storage

  1. Check what you have

Your devices, accounts and where your files and photos are stored now.

  2. Choose one main service

Usually the one that suits your devices best, so you're not paying for two.

  3. Move and tidy your files

Files and photos moved into the cloud, duplicates found, and folders organised.

  4. Set up every device

Computer, phone and tablet syncing to the same place.

  5. Sort out storage

Space freed up, and the right storage plan if you need more, with the cost explained first.

  6. Show you how to find and share

Finding files, sharing photos with family, and getting back a deleted file.

How it works

From brief to done, in three steps

  1. Tell us what you need

Book online or call. Tell us what you'd like set up and which devices are involved.

  2. We confirm the plan

Before we start, we confirm what's included and roughly how long it will take.

  3. We do the work

At your home or remotely, at a time that suits you.

Questions

Cloud storage answered

Which is better: OneDrive, iCloud or Google Drive?+

It depends on your devices. iCloud suits iPhones and Macs, OneDrive suits Windows and Microsoft 365, and Google Drive suits Android and Gmail. We'll recommend one.

Why does my phone keep saying storage is full?+

Usually the free cloud storage is full of photos and backups. We free up space and explain whether a bigger plan is worth it.

Is cloud storage the same as a backup?+

No. Sync keeps files the same everywhere, including deletions. A separate backup is a copy you can go back to.

Can my family share photos?+

Yes. We set up shared albums or folders so the family can see and add photos.

How is this charged?+

By technician time at our standard rates, with the scope confirmed before we start. See Pricing.
