How we fix it

How we dispose of your devices

  1. List what's going

We note each computer, laptop and drive, so nothing is missed.

  2. Save what you want to keep

Photos and files copied off first, if you'd like them.

  3. Sign out of accounts

Apple, Microsoft and Google accounts removed from devices that still work.

  4. Wipe or destroy every drive

Wiped with a secure method so nothing can be recovered, or physically destroyed when a drive has failed or you'd rather be certain.

  5. Give you a certificate

A record listing each item, what was done to it, and when.

  6. Take it all away

Everything collected from your home and taken for recycling.
