How we fix it

How we plan and build it

  1. Talk about what you'll use it for

The games, programs and work you do, plus your budget, so every part earns its place.

  2. Recommend the parts

A parts list with a plain-English reason for each choice, and the cost confirmed before ordering.

  3. Build it in our workshop

Assembled with tidy cables and good airflow, so it runs cooler and quieter.

  4. Set it up

Windows installed and updated, drivers (the small programs that let Windows use each part) loaded, and your programs ready to go.

  5. Test it properly

We run it under load to check temperatures and stability before we deliver it.

How it works

From brief to done, in three steps

  1. Tell us what you need

Book online or call. Tell us what you'd like set up and which devices are involved.

  2. We confirm the plan

Before we start, we confirm what's included and roughly how long it will take.

  3. We do the work

At your home or remotely, at a time that suits you.

Questions

Custom PC answered

Is a custom PC better than buying one off the shelf?+

For gaming and creative work, often yes: you choose every part, avoid paying for things you don't need, and can upgrade more easily later. For everyday use, a ready-made computer is usually fine.

Do you supply the parts?+

Yes. We source the parts on the agreed list, with the cost confirmed before ordering. You can also supply your own parts.

Can you upgrade my current computer instead?+

Often, yes. A faster SSD drive, more memory or a new graphics card can add years. We'll check whether it's worth it for your computer first.

Where do you build it?+

In our workshop. Once it's built and tested, we deliver it to your home.

I've bought the parts but can't get it to start. Can you help?+

Yes. We'll find out what's stopping it, finish the build and test it.

How is this charged?+

By technician time at our standard rates, plus the parts you approve. See Pricing.
