Wi-Fi drops out in some rooms? We'll get it to reach the whole house.

- Rooms behind brick walls
- Video calls freeze when you
When Wi-Fi works near the router but drops out in bedrooms, the study or the backyard, the signal usually isn't reaching far enough. We measure where it fades, work out why, and fix it, often with a mesh Wi-Fi system (several small units that share one network around your home).

Where does your Wi-Fi drop out?
- Bedrooms or the study at the far end of the house
- The patio, granny flat or backyard
- Rooms behind brick walls, the kitchen or the laundry
- Video calls freeze when you move around the house
- An extender that helps one room but makes others worse
- Your phone shows Wi-Fi but nothing loads
Is it slow in every room, or is the router new? See Home Wi-Fi setup.
How we fix the dead spots
Measure the signal room by room
We walk your home with a signal tester, so we can see exactly where the Wi-Fi fades and why.
Check the router first
Sometimes moving the router, changing a setting or updating it fixes the problem without new equipment.
Recommend the right fix
Usually a mesh Wi-Fi system, sometimes a wired access point. We explain the options and confirm the price before ordering.
Place and set up each unit
Each unit goes where it links well and covers the rooms you use, all on one Wi-Fi name and password.
Test every room
We check the signal and speed in each room, including the spots that used to drop out.
What this service doesn't cover Network cabling, which is arranged through a registered cabling contractor where a wired connection is the best fix. Faults on your provider's side are for your provider.

Wi-Fi dead zone answered
What is mesh Wi-Fi?+
A set of small Wi-Fi units placed around your home that work together as one network. Your devices switch between them as you move, so you keep one Wi-Fi name and password.
Is mesh better than a Wi-Fi extender?+
Usually, yes. Extenders often halve the speed and create a second network. Mesh units share one network and handle larger homes better.
Can Wi-Fi reach my granny flat or patio?+
Often, yes, with a mesh unit placed to link back to the house. If walls or distance block it, a cabled connection may be better, and we'll explain the options.
Will I need new equipment?+
Not always. Sometimes moving the router or changing a setting is enough. We check that first.
How is this charged?+
By technician time at our standard rates, plus any equipment you approve. See Pricing.
