Onsite IT support

Need a technician at your office? We'll come to you.

  • A computer
  • Several people or computers have
  • New equipment needs setting up
  • Problem couldn't be resolved remotely

  • Same-day or next-day, where available
  • Onsite across Perth, or remote
  • No lock-in contract
  • Business and home IT
Common problems

When it's worth having someone on site

  • A computer, screen or device won't turn on or keeps failing
  • Several people or computers have problems at the same time
  • New equipment needs setting up in the office
  • Network, Wi-Fi or cabling problems affect the whole office
  • The problem couldn't be resolved remotely
  • You'd rather have a technician work through a list of issues in person

Single-computer software problems can often be resolved sooner remotely. See Remote IT support.

How we fix it

How onsite support works

  1. Book a visit

Online or by phone. Tell us what's happening so the technician arrives prepared.

  2. Diagnose on site

We check the equipment, network and setup to find the cause.

  3. Confirm before extra work

If the job grows beyond what was booked, we explain and confirm before continuing.

  4. Resolve and test

We fix the problem and check it with your team.

  5. Leave notes

Plain-English notes on what we found, what we changed and anything to watch.

What this service doesn't cover Hardware parts and third-party costs. If parts are needed, we confirm them with you before ordering.

How it works

From problem to fixed, in three steps

  1. Book online or call

Tell us what's happening and how many people are affected.

  2. We connect or come to you

Many problems can be resolved through a remote session you approve. We come onsite when the job needs it.

  3. We resolve and test

We work through the cause and check the result with the people affected.
