How we resolve problems remotely
Tell us what's happening
Book online or call, and describe the problem and who's affected.
Approve the connection
The technician gives you a one-time connection code or link. Nothing connects without your permission, and you can watch what's being done.
Diagnose the cause
We find out why it's happening, not just how to clear the error.
Resolve and test
We fix the problem and check it with the person using the computer.
Disconnect and explain
The session ends when the work is done, and you get plain-English notes.
What this service doesn't cover Hardware repairs, cabling or anything that needs hands on the equipment. We'll arrange an onsite visit if it's needed.

Remote IT support answered
Is remote support safe?+
For one-off support, each session uses a one-time connection you approve, and access ends when the session closes. If your business uses us regularly, you can choose to allow ongoing remote access so a technician can connect without someone at the computer. It's your choice, and you can ask us to remove it at any time.
What do we need to get started?+
A working internet connection and, for a one-off session, someone at the computer to approve the connection.
What if it can't be fixed remotely?+
We'll tell you, and arrange an onsite visit if the job needs hands-on work.
Do you support Mac and Linux as well as Windows?+
Yes. We support Windows, Mac and Linux computers.
How is remote support charged?+
By technician time at our standard business rates. See Pricing.
