Device management

Business data on phones and laptops you can't control? We'll put them under one management system.

  • Nobody knows which phones
  • Lost phone would leave business
  • People leave with business data
  • Each laptop has different settings

When laptops and phones hold business email and files with no central control, a lost phone or a departing employee can take your data with them. We set up Microsoft Intune or Google endpoint management so devices follow the same security rules, apps are installed consistently, and business data can be removed remotely.

  • Same-day or next-day, where available
  • Onsite across Perth, or remote
  • No lock-in contract
  • Business and home IT
Common problems

When devices are out of reach

  • Nobody knows which phones and laptops can open business email
  • A lost phone would leave business data exposed
  • People leave with business data still on their devices
  • Each laptop has different settings and apps
  • Staff use personal phones for work with no separation

How we fix it

How we set up device management

  1. Check your plan

Intune and Google endpoint management are included in some Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace plans. We check what yours includes.

  2. List your devices

Company laptops, company phones and personal phones used for work.

  3. Agree the rules

Screen locks, encryption, updates and which apps are allowed, set to suit your business.

  4. Enrol devices

Each device is enrolled, onsite or remotely, with as little disruption as possible.

  5. Separate work and personal

On personal phones, business apps and data are kept apart, so only business data can be removed.

  6. Test removal

We show you how to remove business data from a lost device or a leaver's phone.

How it works

From brief to done, in three steps

  1. Tell us what needs to change

Book online or call. Tell us how many people and mailboxes are involved, and what you want to achieve.

  2. We confirm the plan and scope

Before work starts, we confirm what's included, the order of work and any interruption to email.

  3. We complete the work

Onsite or remotely, scheduled to keep disruption to your business low.

Questions

Device management answered

Do you set up Intune or Google endpoint management?+

Both. We use the one that matches your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace account.

Can you see personal photos or messages on staff phones?+

No. On personal phones, only the business apps and data are managed.

Is it included in our plan?+

Some plans include it and some don't. We'll check yours before recommending anything.

Can devices be enrolled remotely?+

Often, yes. Some devices need hands-on setup, and we come onsite when they do.
