Encrypted email

Sending sensitive documents by email? Let's set up a safer way to do it.

  • ID documents or bank details
  • Clients send you sensitive documents
  • There's no agreed way
  • Email has gone

ID documents, bank details and confidential files are often sent by ordinary email, where they can be intercepted or sent to the wrong person. We set up encrypted email in your existing system, plus simple rules so everyone knows when and how to use it.

  • Same-day or next-day, where available
  • Onsite across Perth, or remote
  • No lock-in contract
  • Business and home IT

How we fix it

How we set up safer email

  1. Review what you send

We look at the kinds of sensitive information your business sends and receives.

  2. Turn on encryption

We set up message encryption in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, where your plan includes it.

  3. Make it easy to use

A simple button or keyword so anyone can encrypt a message without technical steps.

  4. Add protective rules

Optional rules that flag or block messages containing details like credit card numbers.

  5. Show you how

A short session on when to use encrypted email.

How it works

From brief to done, in three steps

  1. Tell us what needs to change

Book online or call. Tell us how many people and mailboxes are involved, and what you want to achieve.

  2. We confirm the plan and scope

Before work starts, we confirm what's included, the order of work and any interruption to email.

  3. We complete the work

Onsite or remotely, scheduled to keep disruption to your business low.

Questions

Encrypted email answered

Can recipients open encrypted emails easily?+

Yes. Recipients usually get a link and a simple sign-in or one-time code, with no special software needed.

Is this included in our plan?+

Many Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace business plans include message encryption, and some features need a higher plan. We'll check yours.

Does encryption protect our whole email account?+

It protects the messages you encrypt. Strong sign-in protection, such as multi-factor authentication, protects the account itself.

What about clients sending documents to us?+

We can set up a safer upload option, so clients don't need to email sensitive files to you.
