Office Wi-Fi

Office Wi-Fi that can't keep up? We'll plan and install Wi-Fi that covers every room.

  • One modem is trying
  • Video calls freeze when several
  • Wi-Fi gets worse as more
  • Adding extenders made things more

A single modem in the corner was never meant to run a whole office. We walk your premises, measure signal room by room, and install business-grade access points placed where your people and devices actually are, so Wi-Fi stays fast and steady all day.

  • Same-day or next-day, where available
  • Onsite across Perth, or remote
  • No lock-in contract
  • Business and home IT
Common problems

Has your office outgrown its Wi-Fi?

  • One modem is trying to cover the whole office
  • Video calls freeze when several people are online
  • Wi-Fi gets worse as more devices connect
  • Adding extenders made things more confusing, not better
  • You're fitting out a new office and want Wi-Fi right from the start

Only one or two rooms with poor signal? See Wi-Fi dead zone & coverage fix.

How we fix it

How we set up office Wi-Fi

  1. Walk the site

We measure signal strength room by room and note walls, floors and anything that blocks Wi-Fi.

  2. Plan the access points

How many you need and where they go, based on your floor plan and the number of devices.

  3. Confirm equipment and cabling

We recommend business-grade equipment, which we can supply or you can buy. If new data points are needed, we coordinate a registered cabler.

  4. Install and configure

Access points are mounted and set up as one network, so devices move between them smoothly.

  5. Test every area

We measure again room by room to confirm coverage and speed.

  6. Hand over

Notes on your network, passwords and equipment, with admin access kept by the business.

  2. We confirm the plan and scope

Before work starts, we confirm what's included, the order of work and any interruption to email.

  3. We complete the work

Onsite or remotely, scheduled to keep disruption to your business low.

Questions

Office Wi-Fi answered

Do you supply the equipment?+

We can supply it, or you can buy it on our recommendation. Either way, we set it up.

Will we need new cabling?+

Sometimes. Access points work best on a cable, and if new data points are needed we coordinate a registered cabler.

How many access points do we need?+

It depends on your floor plan, building materials and how many devices connect. We work it out after walking the site.

Can you reuse our existing equipment?+

If it's business-grade and still supported, often yes. We'll tell you plainly what's worth keeping.
