Internet backup

Internet outage stops your business? We'll set up a backup that switches over automatically.

  • Card payments fail when
  • Phones run over the internet
  • Staff use their own phone
  • Outage last year cost you

When the internet drops, card payments, bookings, cloud apps and phones can all stop with it. We set up a backup connection, usually 4G or 5G, that takes over automatically when the main line fails, so you can keep trading until it's back.

  • Same-day or next-day, where available
  • Onsite across Perth, or remote
  • No lock-in contract
  • Business and home IT

How we fix it

How we set up a backup connection

  1. Check what must stay online

Payments, phones, cloud apps, and which devices need to keep working.

  2. Check mobile coverage

We test 4G and 5G signal at your premises.

  3. Recommend equipment and a plan

A backup device and a mobile data plan. We can supply the equipment, or you can buy it. You sign up for the data plan directly.

  4. Set up automatic switchover

Your router moves to the backup when the main line fails, and back again when it returns.

  5. Test it

We disconnect the main line and confirm the important things keep working.

  6. Hand over

Notes on how it works and what to check.

When the main line drops, the backup takes over.
How it works

From brief to done, in three steps

  1. Tell us what needs to change

Book online or call. Tell us how many people and mailboxes are involved, and what you want to achieve.

  2. We confirm the plan and scope

Before work starts, we confirm what's included, the order of work and any interruption to email.

  3. We complete the work

Onsite or remotely, scheduled to keep disruption to your business low.
